Seahawks may be a Seattle staple, but so is Blue Hawaiian: bright blueberries, caramelized pineapple, toasted coconut.

Stop by tomorrow before the game: victory may not be guaranteed, but having a celebratory pie around has to tip the odds in our favor, right?

We started with passion and a whole lot of butter in a commercial kitchen in 2009. These days, we need a whole lot more butter, and it’s all thanks to you.

With cafes in West Seattle, Ballard, and Phinney Ridge (reopening summer 2026), we’re still making each pie by hand daily.

We’ve had the incredible honor of being named amongst America’s Best Pie Shops by magazine, and our French Apple was listed as one of favorite apple pies.

We’ve been featured in , , and (to whom we owe credit for this photo!), and had spots on , and more.

From daily slices pie classes and weddings, we’ve truly embraced the journey.

In our 17th year, we’re just as passionate as ever, and we want to make this year a big one.

A moment of genuine gratitude for those that have made us their place or part of their routine: your continued support means the world to us.

Stay tuned for new slices, stories, and moments to share A La Mode. Cheers to the New Year.
