Focusing is a somatically-based therapeutic skill that can add tremendous value to the lives and livelihoods of therapists and healing professionals. It points toward a new awareness where real change happens! Focusing has proven successful over decades of development and is supported by cutting edge neuroscience. Focusing goes beyond simply being with sensations. It helps you become present to and interact with your bodily sensed experience in ways that allow your stuck places and trauma to unwind and heal.

My Focusing Training Program includes 8 weekend workshops over two years. The first year introduces Focusing for Therapy & Healing. The second year addresses Focusing for Complex Trauma. Workshops are held in my private studio on Vashon island, surrounded by forest and sea. Therapists earn 10 CEUs for each Focusing workshop.
