Why do we keep running our mentorship program year after year?
Because we believe growth doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in collaboration.
The ATD Puget Sound Mentorship Program is designed for shared learning, real conversations, and meaningful professional connection. Mentors and mentees come together to clarify goals, build capability, and learn with and from one another.
Through this program, we aim to:
• Support growth through real, honest conversations
• Build leadership capability on both sides of the mentoring relationship
• Strengthen a connected, inclusive L&D community
Whether you’re looking to grow, give back, or deepen your connection to the ATDps community — this cohort is for you.
The program runs from January 28 to June 15.

This cohort is centered on our theme, Growth Through Collaboration — coming together to learn, share experience, and build professional relationships along the way. What differentiates our program is the emphasis on learning together, networking intentionally, and co-creating a supportive community in partnership with fellow participants and the ATD Puget Sound team.
The upcoming cohort begins on January 30 and runs through June 15, offering a structured, collaborative experience designed to support growth through connection, shared learning, and ongoing engagement across the community.
