In January, Kandelia announced that after months of careful consideration, we would be moving to a shared leadership model.

It is with MUCH excitement that we can now present to you all of our new Co-Executive Directors! Today we’d like to present Tamthy Le, Executive Director of Programs. Tamthy has worked in multiple direct service positions at various nonprofits and educational institutions including becoming a Youth Case Manager in 2014 at Kandelia. Since then, she has grown into multiple leadership positions including Program Director, Associate Director, and Interim Executive Director. In these positions, she directly led and oversaw the expansion of our Youth Programs and the inception and growth of Kandelia's Family Program and Community Resource services. We're excited for Tamthy to use her expertise in these areas to lead our programs work!
