Bath 2, Scheme 1 for this full home remodel 💚

Here, I leaned into the possibility of bold color with a forest green floor tile. The walls, with their soft irregular surface and grout lines, give a nod to the historic nature of the home — bright, white, and handmade in feel. A warm wood vanity keeps the space grounded and approachable.

It’s a blend of history, craft, and confidence — where texture and tone tell the story.

Here’s where all those ideas came together! ✨
This final bathroom features the plumbing from option 1, the floor from option 2, and the wall tiles from option 3 — a true collaboration with the homeowners.

From the entry, you can see the toilet tucked under the window, the barn-style glass shower door, and the vanity hugged by the pony wall. The barn-style door makes the small footprint work beautifully, keeping swing space clear while letting us place the plumbing controls on the pony wall — which also hides a shampoo niche for a clean, open view as you walk in.

Here’s how we brought moodboard 3 to life ➡️
In this small bath, the tall ceilings are balanced by dark, variegated floor tiles with a faux-worn finish, while 2x10 soft mint tiles on the walls draw your eye upward. The result? A calm, light-filled space that feels both grounded and open.

We're nodding to the home’s age with earthy textures while keeping the lines clean and modern.

🧱 Tradition in texture
📐 Modern in form
🌿 Grounded + airy
