Meet Nas, a young adult Fellow in Seeds of Peace's GATHER Fellowship program. Last year, the Palestinian-American chef said he saw his purpose in the vein of humanitarian chefs like José Andrés. A year later, as co-founder of , he’s helped prepare over 2 million meals for healthcare workers on the frontlines of the pandemic; for voters in long lines for the U.S. election; for families made food insecure by COVID-19; for citizens affected by the Beirut explosion, and for refugees in the Shatila Camp in Lebanon, where he recently guided Chef Andrés.
