Today I had the pleasure of attending a continuing education workshop with Laura van Dernoot Lipsky of The Trauma Stewardship Institute. If you haven’t read her books yet, “Trauma Stewardship” and “Age of Overwhelm”, I highly recommend them.

I had already been thinking about doing some writing around the current political changes, and then I got a chance to sit down to write after the workshop and this is what came out.
