Over the years, the surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery have developed extensive experience with body contouring and cosmetic breast surgery for post-weight -loss patients. This patient group presents with substantial tissue laxity after bariatric surgery and massive weight loss. The surgeons in our practice operate together to safely and efficiently complete these operations on an outpatient basis. This patient had a circumferential lower body lift, brachioplasty (arm lift), breast lift and augmentation done at a single operation. This 25 year old female disliked the heavy and sagging appearance of her breasts. She was treated with a bilateral breast reduction using an anchor pattern scar technique.
