Many of you know I’m not someone who asks for help easily. But life has placed my family and me on a challenging path, and I’ve learned that accepting support can be an act of strength.

I am beginning treatment tomorrow for a serious health condition, and my son has created a GoFundMe to help us navigate the medical and logistical realities ahead. His words and support have meant the world to me.
