The results are in for the 2026 INW Board Election. Congratulations to Amelia "Bestie" Heath, Beth "Bethstar" Gerlach, Emily "Stitch" Hess, and Scott "Feynman" Blomquist! We are so excited to have our returning and new members on board.

We will have a Town Hall on Sunday January 11, 2026 at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center for you to come meet the candidates and find out the latest in what is happening at INW. Candidates must be able to attend in person to participate.

Four INW board seats will be up for election in January 2026 for three year terms from 2026 through the end of 2028. Want to nominate yourself as a candidate? Self nominations to join the board are now open through Saturday December 27th at 11:59 PM.

Do you like working collaboratively with a diverse group of folks who bring many different opinions to the table? Are you a person that loves connecting with a broader community to understand the wants and needs of members in order to steer long term projects in a direction that aligns with community desires? Do you have experience either in the community or outside in leadership and getting sh*t done?

Fire spinning will be taking place outdoors! This portion is free for all to attend and will not require a ticket! In order to spin fire you must be signed up by end of day Thursday 11/6/25 on this form: https://forms.gle/5Dg9AzCWxnCh84b86
Fuel at the event will be provided but we welcome donations! Before lighting up you will need to attend a brief orientation which will be held at 430pm and each subsequent hour.
Choreographed performances will take place 7pm - 7:30pm and 9pm - 9:30pm. The stage will be open for fire spinning at all other times. Be sure to check out our DJs who will be keeping the vibes going all night!
Last, please consider signing up for a volunteer shift. We will need safety volunteers to keep our fire stage open. Volunteers are also needed to make the rest of the event happen.
