Orange Tea School, located by beautiful Green Lake, provides a rich, dynamic learning experience. Frushi!!
🌈No filter needed for this brilliant rainbow frushi board! This was a special birthday spread for a 4 year old ray of sunshine ☀️ As always, 100% organic.
Frushi Recipe
- Fruit 🍌🍊🍎🥑🥭🥒🍉🍑🍐🍓🥝🍍
anything you have on hand is perfect, fresh or thawed frozen fruit both work
- Nut or Seed Butter 🌰🥜🌻
- Toppings 🥥🌰🫐🍒🍇
anything crunchy, salty, juicy that can be used to coat or top your frushi, smaller fresh fruits and berries, dried fruits and berries, coconut flakes, nuts and seeds, cereals (unsweetened puffed cereals are great for this)
☝🏻 Slice the fruit up into interesting shapes (being mindful of choking hazards for diners under 2). Round shapes will be good for rolling, flat surfaces will be good for toppings.
✌🏻Apply nut or seed butters. This is a messy process. Butters can be applied to the outside of round pieces and to the tops of flat surfaces.
👌🏻 Top with your delicious toppings. To roll your butter covered fruit in a topping, spread the topping on a plate and roll your fruit until the desired amount is stuck on. You may need to play with your nut butter to topping ratios to achieve your desired result.
