Eating nutritious meals is a very important part of living a long, healthy life. But preparing a healthy meal can be complicated when we have a lot of other things on our minds. There are resources that can help with that. Kandelia offers fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat every Wednesday from 11am-4pm. Patient Navigators at the school clinic can also help you connect with a local food bank.


There are two cooking clubs for SWS students on Mondays and Thursdays! This is a great opportunity to get to know others and prepare delicious food from all over the world. You can find the links to the clubs on our bio!

If you don’t like cooking, but you enjoy eating you can always find already prepared meals for FREE at different schools near you. Click our bio to find a location near you.
