After moving back to Seattle I partnered with my sister to start Phamily Cooking. My sister and I grew up on delicious home cooked meals mostly of Vietnamese influence. Our mother, Giang Nguyen, opened one of the first Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle, Washington and imparted her love of cooking into us. We keep that going by sharing recipes and lessons on how to shop, prepare, and serve beautiful home cooked meals. While we love teaching people how to cook, more importantly, we love bringing people together to build community and enjoy life to the fullest. In 2018, I combined my yoga instruction into the business and opened Nourish Olympia. Our aim is to help you nourish your whole self. Vietnamese Cooking Lessons
You are invited to experience authentic Vietnamese cooking. Terry Vanderpham will take you on a journey through the Vietnamese kitchen. Come find out how to build your own flavorful, aromatic meal from scratch and learn short cuts for when you just need a quick fix! Find out where to shop, which labels to buy, and how keeping a few key ingredients in your pantry can elevate many of the dishes you already make. Private culinary instruction
Terry will come into your home and work with you to develop a meal plan that fits your family and your schedule! While she specializes in Vietnamese cooking, she also loves to teach all types of cuisines. She would love to explore a new cuisine with you! Private chef

*If your company has a health and wellness program, check with them if they would subsidize the cost of yoga classes in your office! For our cooking classes, reserve your spot today by signing up and making a payment in full for the class you’d like to attend. Exchanges, Credits and Refunds
Our semi-private classes have limited availability due to class sizes being only 8-10 people. Should you need to cancel a reservation for this class, you will receive a full refund for any cancellation made two weeks (14 days) or more before the class date. Cancellations made thirteen (13) days or fewer before the class date will incur a 30% “cost of goods” fee (based on the total fee paid) with the remainder put on a Cooking Class voucher that can be applied toward a future class, however, no refunds, exchanges or vouchers will be given to changes or cancellations made on the day of the class or for no shows — without exception. Reservations are fully transferable and if you are unable to attend a class someone else may attend in your place without notice. Changes and cancellations may be made by calling during business hours at (206) 650-5294 and speaking directly to one of our employees. We cannot accept or honor cancellations sent by email or messenger unless you receive a response from us. In the event we cancel a class a full refund will be given.
