We’re back with Part 2 of our Little Nail Salon journey! 🛠️ Before any hammers start swinging, there’s a crucial step: The Paperwork.

For this project, we’re navigating the process of a Tenant Improvement Permit. This is the big one that allows us to legally change the space from a retail showroom to a functional nail salon. We’re also securing other essential permits for the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.

The process is a detailed one: We finalize the design plans, submit them to the city for review, and then wait for approval. Once we get the green light, the real fun begins!

This is just part one of the journey where we’re tackling the initial steps, including getting the Tenant Improvement Permit. Stay tuned to watch us transform this space from an empty canvas into a beautiful new nail spa!
