Job Title: US tax Assistant

Salary: TBD

Job Description/Responsibilities:
📌Preparing Form 1040 US tax returns in Intuit Proconnect tax software.
📌Organizing tasks and regular updating of task status.
📌Preparing Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065 after some training.
📌Aid with a variety of other tasks related to business setups and annual US state filings.
📌Print reports and create basic journal entries in quickbooks online.
📌Maintain strict client confidentiality.
NOTE: Applicants will be tested for the required skills.

Qualifications/Requirements:
📌1-2 years experience preparing Form 1040 US tax returns.
📌Experience with partnership and corporate tax returns a plus but not required.
📌Must be proficient with quickbooks online.
📌Experience with Proconnect, Proseries, or Lacerte tax software is a plus.
📌Needs to be available for at least 2 hours during the hours of 10am and 3pm Pacific Time Monday to Friday.

- Work hours are generally within standard business hours in the US. There may be some flexibility but that would depend on the client and is not guaranteed.
- Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
- 100% Home-based. Admin tasks with the possibility of voice tasks (phone)
