Some unfortunate news just came up on our feed, but we know that communities like ours will not let this lay to rest. Asbestos is a known carcinogen and it is unsafe to our natural environment and our human health. It’s always good to be thankful for designers, manufacturers, contractors, and clients that know what the right thing to do is - and that is to not spec asbestos! State limits carbon pollution from large sources Washington state adopted a new rule Thursday to limit greenhouse-gas emissions from large carbon polluters, joining a handful of other states in capping emissions to address climate change.
