Often called one of the Godfathers of Electronic Dance Music in the U.S., Donnie has established himself as the pivotal pioneer in event production. Using his eccentricity and ingenuity, Donnie is now the leading dance music promoter in the world. From his early days in New Orleans, Donnie orchestrated elaborately themed parties that gained an international following as well as unwittingly becoming a catalyst fueling a national debate. He is a three-time winner of URB’s promoter of the year award and two-time recipient of the “30 most influential people in the industry” by Club Systems Magazine. Since the early ‘90s, Donnie has worked diligently, creating the spark that now ignites the entire dance music community.
