---Dowbuilt is pleased to announce a structural update that aligns leadership to best support our projects and our people. Angela Prizio has been appointed President–East, with responsibility for New York, New England, Florida, and Texas. David Samson has been appointed President–West, overseeing Washington, Northern California, Southern California, the Rocky Mountains, and Hawaii.
In their new roles, Angela and David will provide Managing Principal support across their respective geographies. They will partner closely with CEO Tim Farrell on company-wide strategy, ensuring consistency in how we serve our clients and teams. Both are Dowbuilt owners, reinforcing the continuity of leadership and shared accountability for the company’s future. Founder Jim Dow will maintain his active role with a continued focus on partner and client relationships—the cornerstone of our business.
