I made this print a year ago. Inspired by the texture of exterior stained glass. The side you never really see. I noticed it walking by the church in my neighborhood. All of the lines converging in a way that looks woven.

I’m envisioning the blue being a raised, semi-gloss texture that captures light and evokes a tactile experience. Ever since I started working on color, material, and finish on hardgoods vs soft goods, it’s all I can think about! Texture texture texture.

13 miles in the mountains with .cam91

We’ve hiked the in the commonwealth basin area a bunch, but have never been up to the Katwalk. It was such a gorgeous hike and fun to see some thru hikers on the PCT.

Nature was showing off with the beginnings of fall colors. Lots of berries and flowers around.
