I want you to think about the time when it was so dark and overwhelmingly difficult. Even just thinking about getting up was hard right? Well, you got through it right? How did you get back up? Was it your determination that overcame those dark days? Or was it the unconditional support that your loved ones showed you that pushed you and encouraged you to get back up?

Life is not all about rainbows, sunshine and butterflies. We gonna struggle most of the way til the end. The beauty behind life is that the experience you share with others and being able to love and support one another. I guess that out shines the darkest days. •Love your friends and family.
