Last week to experience “The Spaces We Inhabit,” Alfredo Romero’s solo-exhibition. “Oasis: The Lost City” Romero reveals a landscape shaped by memory, surface, and time—where what’s uncovered feels just as important as what remains. On view through April 25.

Romero uses the paw print as a type of signature marking his work. He likens himself to the street dogs throughout Mexico who wander freely and connect with various people along the way. In many works, finding his trademark paw print requires careful study.
