I wanted to let you both know that we made our first big upgrade.... we purchased and installed 4 mini split inverter air conditioners.... one of them uses 90% less energy than what we had, the other three reduce costs by 75%. We installed one in the bedroom that had no a/c in the unit you stood in, The Spa Suite. One was installed in the master bedroom...the other two are in the bedrooms of our most popular unit, the 2 bedroom unit on the main level. The added bonus is that they are completely silent inside the suites .... and the bedrooms got a modernized facelift to boot.
