What a pure JOY to attend a Freedom School for Philanthropy workshop with the team of Radiant Strategies and a dozen donor advisors.
Inspired by the Freedom Schools established during the Civil Rights era, the team pays homage to the generations of Black leaders who have always guided social change efforts in this country.
Each of us must articulate our way into social change work, and this curriculum is designed to help you do that.
It was beautiful to be in community with you all. 🫀

It's finally here! 🙌
Excited to kick-off International Women's Month with the launch of the Radhacal Good Podcast 🎙️ about how to change the world by investing in women and girls.
If you're looking for ways to make the world safer and more equitable but are overwhelmed by where to start, this is the podcast for you.
Today, less than 2% of donations go to organizations supporting women and girls, and less than 2% of venture capital goes to women entrepreneurs. The best way to change the world is by investing in women and girls—especially women of color, women with disabilities, and women who are LGBTQIA+, because they have had the least access to resources and have consistently shown outsized impact when it comes to social change.
Our first featured guest is Tracy Gray—impact investor, rocket scientist, and on her way to becoming the first Black woman to raise a hundred-million-dollar fund!

As we near the end of 2021, many people are looking for ways to give back. This year, there is so much opportunity for positive change. With so many communities hurting from the pandemic, it can be a challenge to decide where to focus our efforts, so I created a free guide to help.
The Feminist Philanthropy Guide includes 20 incredible organizations led by women who are BIPOC, q***r and have disabilities, as well as a few tips to give back in ways that don't cause harm. Let's build a more equitable world together.
