Achieving such a large expanse of windows on one façade at our Alki Beach House project required close collaboration with the structural engineer, which allowed us to maximize the amount of glass for the biggest wow factor.

Born in Perú and based in Seattle, Rafael holds a degree in Photography and Curatorial Studies from the Maryland Institute College of Art. His fine art work has been exhibited internationally.
