I've been a coach for ten years now and for the last 3 ½, the bulk of my practice has been in a corporate contract supporting new parents returning to work following maternity leave. It is work I love and feel SO passionately about! When working women feel supported, they thrive -- they rise to positions of leadership, change workplace culture for the better and pave the way for those who come after them! Everyone wins.

Every year, I put together a list of reflection questions as a little gift to my clients - prompts to look back on the past year and to provide some focus for thinking about the year ahead. I've had a few people reach out to me recently asking if I'm still coaching...maybe because I haven't posted about it on Facebook too often in the last year. The answer is YES! I'm coaching more than ever. A big piece of my work in the 2019 has been through a corporate contract -- coaching new moms in their first year back to work after maternity leave. It's a gift to get to revisit the beauty and brutality of early parenting and to support these amazing women in the middle of such a major life transition.
The thing I'm most passionate about as a coach is holding a judgment-free space for people to show up as is. My only agenda is the one my clients want for themselves - clarity or peace or disrupting old patterns or sometimes just figuring out who they are now, after the dust of life's struggles has settled a bit. Sometimes they have no idea where they're headed and sometimes their goals are clear and they need accountability and a cheerleader. Either way, I try to hold a big, loving, curious and fiercely supportive space for them to create a more fulfilling, brave and meaningful life.
