In Unified Sports, teams are made up of students with and without intellectual disabilities, of similar age which makes practices more fun and games more challenging and exciting for all. Having sport in common is just one more way that preconceptions and false ideas are swept away.

Welcome Inclusion We are self-advocates, families, caregivers, practitioners, business owners, leaders and community members working together to build a more inclusive King County for people with social, intellectual, and behavioral differences.
Practices are going great, thanks to coaches Kendra and John. The first game will be the Saturday, April 1st at Ingraham HS. Once I know the schedule, I'll post it her, so keep checking this page. GO RAIDERS!
