Collected Tacoma

Hey there👋 it’s me, Mallory

I am the face, mind, hands, body and soul behind the scenes here. My focus is on the collecting of things but I’ve gathered that I need to connect the things and my face lol.

Collected Tacoma beginning:
Collected Tacoma first started in 2017 after sparked the idea to start a booth at (formerly Tacoma Flea). We landed on the name Collected Tacoma as it encompassed collecting of things but also the unity of our home, Tacoma, Wa. It just felt right.
We had such a blast together that summer collecting and popping up at the market.
After that summer we became busy with other life-things and Collected went into hibernation. I had been doing some wholesale vintage collecting and in 2023, with Sally’s blessing, I re-opened Collected Tacoma solo for pop-ups.

Personal background:
I grew up in the PNW grazing in my grandparents fields of rusty tractors aka trashers (treasures) and crawling through multi-bay garages with old bikes and vehicles. Inside their house there were cabinets of Hummels and many, many things…Let’s just say that American Pickers would have definitely stopped to check it out.

When I was little, my mom hosted an epic annual multi-family garage sale at our house. I was always posted out front slangin cups of lemonade. It’s kind of wild, I still have several items in my personal collection that I “recovered” from the tables of these early yard sales.

My roots are in the collecting life.

Collected Tacoma is a vibe.✨
The current collection is vintage nightwear, vintage clothing and accessories, vintage housewares, decor, books, magazines, toys, 60s/70s/80s/90s, florals, funky, sexy, beautiful, weird, silly, interesting, nostalgic... Each item I collect, I LOVE and I thrive on sharing this love with you.

The vintage/antique world is vast and I am forever learning. If there is knowledge you’d like to share with me, I am humbled and am all ears.
