This 90-minute trauma-informed experiential workshop invites participants on a gentle journey of exploring internal resources of rest and stillness.
Through embodied practices including mindfulness of the body, guided imagining, and optional comforting objects associated with rest, participants will begin exploring places where their body feels calm, grounded, and at ease.
Rather than an educational presentation, this workshop focuses on experiencing the body’s internal resources of rest, relaxation, and quiet.
✨ The workshop will also include opportunities for reflection and sharing.
✨ No prior experience is needed.
✨ Participation is always by invitation and at your own pace.
Optional comfort items you may want nearby:
☕ A favorite mug
🛋️ A blanket or pillow
🧥 A hoodie or favorite sweater
🧦 Soft socks
🪑 A comfortable chair or cozy corner of your bed
We look forward to creating a gentle and supportive space together. 💙
