VM Papaya Salad + βMekong Sauceβ = the perfect duo!
The Mekong Sauce is a tasty marinade which brought out a very nice savory flavor to balance out the richness of the papaya salad. We added a bit of dark soy sauce just for some color.

Deep Fried Crab Claws! YES PLEASE π

Are you obsessed with deep fried crab claw balls at nice Chinese dim sum dinner/brunch? look no further here are the ingredients:)
Ingredients
1/2 lbs shrimps minced
1LBS crab meat minced
1tbs chicken bouillon
1tbs white pepper
1tbs sesame oil
1 egg
2 cups panko crust
Once everything is chopped and minced all together, you will need to use a 1/4 cup to evenly grab the amount of filling to shape them up into a ball and make a little hole to insert your crab meat with the claw sticking out.
Dip each ball into a bowl of Whisked eggs for the coating and then set them into the bowl of Panko and use your hands to sprinkle them evenly do not grab them too hard.
Mold it all together until you cover the hardshell so that it wonβt fall apart during the deep frying. Make sure you are rotating them so that they come out evenly coated. They should be fried for five minutes each.
Set them on a cooling rack Tray and serve with your soy sauce and hot chili oil.
