Measles is a serious illness spreading in our communities. It can be especially bad for babies and young children, pregnant people, and people with weak immune systems. Measles is highly contagious. It spreads when people cough, sneeze, breathe, or talk. However, we can protect our families and ourselves! Our doctors tell us the measles vaccine is safe and the strongest protection. We also can limit the spread of measles by staying apart from others when we are sick. https://doh.wa.gov/you-and-your-family/immunization/diseases-and-vaccines/measles-mumps-and-rubella-mmr
IN SOMALI
Jadeecadu waa cudur halis ah oo ku faafaya bulshooyinkeena. Waxay si gaar ah ugu daran tahay dhallaanka iyo carruurta yaryar, dadka uurka leh iyo dadka leh difaac jir oo daciif ah. Jadeecadu aad bay u faaftaa. Waxay faaftaa marka dadku qufacaan, hindhisaan, neefsadaan ama hadlaan. Hase ahaatee, waxaan ilaalin karnaa nafteena iyo qoysaskeena. Dhakhaatiirteenu waxay noo sheegaan in tallaalka jadeecadu yahay mid ammaan ah isla markaana ah difaaca ugu xooggan ee looga hortagi karo jadeecada. Sidoo kale waxaan yareyn karnaa faafitaanka jadeecada marka aan ka fogaano dadka kale marka aan xanuunsanahay.
