The body loves to move. Sometimes we need a bit of help or need to share the light with others. Our goal is to have fun and Move!

Today: Do some push-ups!
M.O.T.D: Go play 18 holes of golf or if you are not a golfer...go to the driving range and hit a couple of buckets of balls. It will wear out.
MOTD: Take the bumpy road...what do I mean? No elevators, no escalators, if it is close don't drive....use the transportation God gave you! Your own two legs.
MOTD: Marine Corps physical fitness test, 3 mile run, max set of pull ups, max set of sit-ups in 2 min.
