From the start, this project stood out. The client came to us with a playful, creative approach and a strong sense of what they wanted their forever home to feel like. It made for one of the most enjoyable collaborations we’ve had—and one we’ll remember for a long time.

An oldie but a goodie! From the archives comes one of our favorite Lake Washington homes. This Northwest contemporary residence was the first of many we’ve had the privilege to build down on the lake. Designed by Shugart Bates architecture, this home was crafted for two lifelong Boeing employees—perhaps the kindest clients we’ve ever worked with! Take note of the barreled roof and tapered overhang, which beautifully mimic the wings of a commercial airliner. Building this home was an incredibly enjoyable experience!

Wallingford Modern Pt 1—In partnership with the talented designers at , this Wallingford home is a true expression of modern design. Featuring three separate buildings—garage, studio, and main house—thoughtful planning was essential to make it all work on a compact 5,000-square-foot Seattle lot. The garage and studio create an inviting outdoor courtyard, while the main house boasts a 20-foot sliding door that enhances the connection between all three structures. This home is perfect for entertaining, combining simplicity in form with elegance in its overall design aesthetic.
