This winter, I’ve incorporated more fruits and vegetables to my meals. This winter, I’m restoring my body by tuning in to my needs. Mindful eating has been very helpful which is essentially paying attention to your food without judgement, like the colors of lemons and how bright and sour they are. I enjoy lemons because they taste good, provide anti-inflammatory benefits and support the lymphatic system or immune system. Learning more about fruits and vegetables will help you discover so much more about your body’s needs!🍋
