To wrap up our Cava Week featuring Giro Ribot - here is an inventive twist on Sangria with cava to make it light and perfect for Cinco de Mayo or a sunny weekend day!

Sangria twist The recipe lends itself to modification, so feel free to toss in whatever citrus combination you enjoy. Because not all folks are fans of red wines â however delicious they may be â this recipe uses a crisp white wine (which is slightly easier to clean up after inevitable spills).

They are cultured, distinguished people making cultured, distinguished wine, and have for at least five generations. In that span, they have acquired a mastery of Cava, with this Brut Reserva as a prime example.
