Today we want to introduce you to Dillon, one of the integral members of our Axiom carpentry team! Thanks for all your hard work over the past 4 years Dillon and always having a great attitude and being willing to take on new projects and learn new skills!

-What’s a project you’re proud of?
Barrell roof ceiling in Magnolia with Miguel, hemlock stained wood. Staircase and surrounding slat walls with Miguel atour Mercer Island project. Queen Anne remodel cabinets and floating shelves. A recent bookshelf install at our West Seattle project. Sauna installs are so much fun! I love every project I'm involved with from ornate ceilings and kitchens to patching chicken coops or front gates or building enclosures to anchor vacuum cleaners.

-What’s something people would be surprised to learn about what you do?
I had a diverse background in all sorts of different facilities maintenance and construction related work including odd jobs like grain silo er****on, hot tar roofing, commercial flooring, and tiling among others before starting at Axiom as a laborer.

-What’s your perfect weekend look like?
A walk in the woods with a dog and time spent at home relaxing and playing computer games like Skyrim and Age of Empires 2.

-What’s your comfort food?
Anything from a Mexican restaurant usually hits the spot! But I can't say no to sushi either.
