TREJDEKSNĪTIS (tray-decks-neet-iss), Seattle’s Latvian Folk Dance Troupe, is a vital organization affiliated with the Latvian Association of Washington State. The group was established in 1962 by Irene Beleiciks and is still going strong after more than 60 years. We are a group of about 30 dancers ranging in age from early 20's to over 60. LBVŠ is very proud of Trejdeksnītis' wonderful Spring Folk Dance Concert this past Saturday, which brought together Latvian Folk dance group Trejdeksnitis (Ērika Currier), the Seattle Latvian Choir (Egija Claire), and our Seattle Latvian school kids 💜💙💚 Next stop - Grand Rapids, Michigan, for the XVI Latvian Song and Dance Festival!

The West Coast Latvian Song Festival is returning home to Seattle in July 2027, back to the city where it was born 65 years ago. This return is not just an event. It is a homecoming. A continuation of something special. To keep this essential Latvian tradition alive, we need you! 🇱🇻💛
