I want to share a milestone that represents everything I have worked toward over the past decade.

On June 6, 2026, I will serve as the Featured Wellness Speaker at the Bay Cities District Men of Zion Faith & Wellness Summit in San Francisco — a historic event bringing together three of the Bay Area’s oldest African American churches, all founded in 1852, for the first time in 174 years.

The three institutions:
▪ First AME Zion Church — oldest AME Zion church west of the Mississippi
▪ Bethel AME Church — historic Fillmore District institution, founded 1852
▪ Third Baptist Church — 172-year legacy, one of the oldest churches in California

This event is the intersection of faith, history, and health equity — a conversation this community has needed for generations.

My presentation will address the science of time-based eating, macronutrients, and cellular nutrition — and how accessible wellness is for every man regardless of income or background.

This milestone is deeply personal. My mother Joyce Yvonne Hoyd passed from cardiovascular illness in 2013. That loss became the foundation of my 40,000 Strong mission and BalanceYourBP.com — now serving a community across 64 countries and 20 languages through the Feel Great System.
