WE’RE HIRING! PROPERTY MANAGER – Seattle, WA (Enve & The Loop Apartments) $34–$36/hr + Bonus

This position supports Enve and The Loop Apartments in Seattle, WA, with a combined 87 apartment units. As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead leasing and maintenance staff, manage budgets and financial performance, and ensure residents have an outstanding living experience.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years managing multifamily properties
• Yardi & Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership and customer service focus
