At NAMI Seattle, we work to bring mental health support, education, and advocacy to all.
In Schools: Recognizing the mental health challenges faced by young adults, we offer in-school programs that support middle and high school students, teachers, and parents facilitate open discussions and decrease stigma around mental health conditions.
In the Workplace: Our mental health trainers have been working in local business and organizations to help tackle mental health in the workplace and learn how to build a supportive environment for employees.
In the Community: This year, we launched trainings aimed help downtown business interact with those in crisis. Our trainings have helped inform and allow community members to approach those in crisis with compassion and understanding, paving a road towards recovery and belonging.
Help us expand our reach in 2025 to underserved communities and those in crisis. Together, we can build a stigma-free future.
