Over the years my views on conditioning have changed pretty drastically.
I think running or skating players at the end of practice is just asking for trouble.
The greatest ability is availability. Kids hobbling around with sore groins and hamstring don’t tend to perform well in games.
Conditioning should come from well designed practices not from some end of practice foolishness out of Miracle or The Junction Boys.
Now that we know better we need to do better.
