Ever heard of gymtimidation? It’s that all-too-common feeling that everyone is judging you at the gym.

And that’s because some studios do come with that competitive and judgey atmosphere. So you’re not just being sensitive, and you’re not alone.

I loved interviewing Kathe, because she comes across as very confident, but was clearly feeling the same thing the rest of us do!
