Sharing in celebration of our Black ambassador community this Black History Month and every month.

Ambassador Dee Alams embraces by connecting the Seattle community to the health and healing benefits of infrared therapy. Pioneering Washington’s first infrared wellness spa, City Sweats, Dee empowers others to discover the replenishing effects of healthy sweat sessions to detox and refresh the mind, body, and spirit. Her dream of making infrared therapy accessible and convenient for her clients has grown with the success and expansion of City Sweats to four locations throughout the greater Seattle area. The perfect urban escape to unwind and get your sweat on solo or with a friend!

Thank you for elevating our community through your passion for wholistic wellness, Dee!
