J’ouvert is a Food Truck and Catering Service that will serve the Greater Seattle and surrounding areas. We are focusing on Northwest Fresh ingredients with a Caribbean twist but we will not limit ourselves to only one cuisine. Since this particular theme has never been explored, represented, or offered to the public of Seattle with any degree of artistry or effectiveness, we will be in a unique position to being able to tell people what we represent.
