Today, we commemorate Juneteenth, a day of immense significance in American history. On June 19th, 1865, Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, delivering the news of freedom to enslaved African Americans—two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed.

At IMEG Formerly Rushing, we honor this day as a reminder of the ongoing journey towards equality and justice. We stand in solidarity with our community and reaffirm our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity in every aspect of our work.

Kenneth Russaw is a seasoned Business Developer with 16 years of sales leadership, direct B2B sales, and business development experience. He holds an undergraduate degree from Central Washington University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Kenneth's career in sales was inspired by his role as a branch manager for a national commercial truck leasing company, where he found meeting clients and prospects highly energizing. Over the years, he has achieved success across various industries, including HR professional services, news dissemination, logistics, SaaS, and IT consulting. One of his proudest achievements is assisting startup companies in successfully implementing their Go-to-Market strategies in the Pacific Northwest region.

Kenneth is proud of his ability to lead teams and companies towards profitability, both as a team leader and an individual contributor. At IMEG, formerly Rushing, he aims to drive growth and customer satisfaction while fostering continuous innovation. Outside of work, Kenneth is deeply involved in his children's sports activities, coaching multiple teams in baseball, soccer, basketball, and flag football. In his personal time, he enjoys playing golf with close friends, balancing his professional and personal life with dedication and enthusiasm.

Graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering, she boasts over four years of industry experience, with notable contributions to hospital design and automation projects. Notably, Jessica led the development of a pioneering lighting fixture system, revolutionizing design processes and efficiency standards.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jessica is an avid painter, reader, and gamer. Her passion for DIY projects shines through in her dedication to home renovations, where she channels her skills to create inviting living spaces. With aspirations to earn her PE license and make a lasting impact within both corporate and community spheres, Jessica is a valuable contributor to our team.
