Short and sweet! Loved getting the opportunity to work with these first time homebuyers and walk-through their journey with them.

Bought by first-time home buyers! I was so impressed with their ability to see this house and how to make it beautiful, and to not fear the hard work. It’s not easy buying in the Pacific Northwest but it’s not impossible. I can’t wait for their sweat equity to pay off. My clients have vision and capacity. I’m a proud buyers agent.

Additionally, my buyers knew that with this was a good price because they’ve been paying attention to the market. I’m not gonna lie, I did have some concerns about all the extra lawnmowers and cars and tires that were left in the yard, but we were able to work with the listing agent and get every last item, like the Grinch who stole Christmas, taken away. They surprised us by taking away the washer and dryer… and we got the listing agent to put a replacement washer and dryer back. Don’t mess with us, 😂
