Lunchbox Laboratory has relocated from their small, hole in the wall location in Ballard to locations in Southlake Union, Downtown Bellevue, and Gig Harbor! This "funkadelic" restaurant boasts that it's the home of the best burger in America and will features 15 to 20 hand ground eclectic burgers, as well as weekly rotating experiments. Also on the menu are handcrafted shakes, a full bar of crazy, experimental cocktails and private dining!
