You may have noticed that scaffolding is being removed all around 4448 California Ave SW.
This will allow for the installation of the balconies, juliettes, and exterior glass railing.

The brick veneer on the South elevation is now in progress and will be completed by next week. The installation of the roof pavers started, and the soil for the green roof is also in progress.

Inside, ongoing activities are underway across multiple floor levels. Drywall is in its final stages at the lower levels, while painting, flooring, cabinets, doors, and trim work are actively progressing from Levels 7 through 1.

The seven-story, 88-unit apartment building is located near the intersection of California Ave SW and SW Oregon St. It will feature three commercial spaces at street level, a boutique hotel on levels 2–4, and a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residential units on levels 5–7.

A major transformation is underway in West Seattle!

This ambitious remodel includes lifting the existing home to create a brand-new finished basement, along with a kitchen addition, a beautifully remodeled primary suite with a new bathroom, new front and side porches, and a detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) above a new two-car garage.

Right now, our team is pouring the concrete footings that will support the home’s new foundation. Once the concrete has cured, the house will be carefully lowered back into place, marking another major milestone in this exciting project.
