Our Mission is to lead people to become more fully devoted followers of Yeshua. Find out more at www.ShalomSeattle.com
Most of us are white-knuckling something right now. A plan. An outcome. A timeline we've decided God should follow.
The problem isn't the plan. It's the grip. And the ancient Hebrew word for "be still" has something to say about that — it doesn't mean sit quietly. It means let go.

Every so often, someone edits our synagogue’s Google listing—changing our category from “Messianic Synagogue” 🕍 to “church” ⛪️.
It may seem like a small thing, but it reflects a deeper conversation.
We want to be clear and transparent about who we are. We are a Messianic synagogue—a community made up of Messianic Jews and Gentile Christians, seeking to live out the traditions, rhythms, and calling of the Jewish people, while also believing that Yeshua is the Messiah.
Together, we are learning to understand the Jewish context of Jesus and what it means to walk faithfully in that story.
We understand that not everyone agrees with how we describe ourselves. These are meaningful and often deeply personal conversations about identity, faith, and belonging.
But we believe those conversations are best had with honesty, humility, and relationship—not by redefining one another from a distance.
So we’ll continue to stand in who we are, with openness and grace, as we seek to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Yeshua.
Passover tells a story of deliverance—from slavery to freedom.
That same story reaches its fullness in Yeshua, whose death and resurrection also took place during Passover.
Come experience the depth and beauty of this connection at one of two Passover celebrations in Seattle.
