Turns out she can be talked into a swim cap by her Nona, she improved her PR by 12 seconds, and will gladly wait to congratulate her opponent at the end of the race. We’re a frothy blend of excitement and pride over here! It’s pretty cool to be 7. 🙌

Last week in my online class for babies 0 to 1, we discussed holds to use in the pool and bath tub that support a baby's natural curiosity and development, and the mamas shared their observations as they interacted with their children in water. 20 fun facts for my 200th post! • 20 years ago, I went from instructor’s aide to official wsi • at 15, I learned to teach swimming lessons in a pool inside the SAME school I taught in 10 years later • these need to be shorter because my baby is sucking on my jaw & clutching my hair... ouch! so i’m rolling with 2! 🐣 2 FUN FACTS. might need to change the title to “why I barely ig right now” 😂😘 kids = happy ☀️ summer is coming & that makes me happy too!
