My zeal for guiding homebuyers and sellers (especially first-timers) sprang from my own experience buying our first home before I was a realtor. While it’s a funny story now, that adventure taught me that not only does an agent need to be knowledgeable, professional, proactive and responsive, but they also need to answer the questions a client doesn’t even know to ask. As a one-person shop, I am the sole pilot of your homebuying or selling experience. I keep my active client list modest so I can be more present and responsive to each of my client’s needs. I also have an extended wealth of insight, expertise, support, and resources from working alongside many high caliber colleagues at Windermere Ballard. Having respectful, collegial relationships with other brokers has often been the key to a transaction being both successful and smooth. And the magic of a healthy sense of humor can never be overstated! With nature conservancy, animal welfare and community among my passions, I always make a donation to one of several related charities with every transaction.
